And in Manitoba there are places where there are a huge need for healthcare workers so here we can work as uncertified aides but I think every other place you would need the certification.

Indeed bro there's a lot of issues going on in Canada, as you said it's hard to find jobs and expenses are through the roof now. But if you want to opt to go to a smaller city, there are many job opportunities and expenses that won't be as high as bigger cities. And I would suggest getting the PR if you close to it and after that you can always decide if you want to go back and come back to Canada any time you want without further hassles. There are places in Manitoba which are under PMH who will hire uncertified Healthcare Aides since they are really short on workers. And yes there are a lot of vacancies in Manitoba. But I have seen some of the immigrants bring all the dirty culture with them. Even in their own country such bad habits are not of that deep One most vulgar thing is, putting their curtains up, sitting in the dark & staring into their next door neighbour's backyard. Feel ashamed about such immigrants who come here saying they need a better life& yet destroy the neighbor's life. I don't think it's worth getting a PR in Canada now. I agree with you. I've seen that happen, too, and it's not getting any better. But it also depends on which place you are in. This is one of the main reasons we hate city life and have been living in a small city. Even if we are moving we will go to a small city instead of going to the bigger cities where all the chaos usually happens.
