That's a definitely a hematoma -- and I've actually seen one bigger than that on a female who was drunk AF, tried to punch ME, and ended up knocking herself out cold as my elbow caught her square in the forehead as I instinctively brought up my left arm to deflect the strike. She dropped straight down on her face like a sack of potatoes, and literally had nearly a baseball-sized, perfectly round hematoma in the middle of a forehead. Obviously the incidents in the video are much different though, as that scrub mf'er is going around sucker punching innocent women on the streets... Crazy AF
