@@bertpar68 it's just sad to see LG go.Cause lg velvet was going in the right direction and today phone don't have mil std grade drop protection like lg phones,sd card slot, camera that get the job done etc...It's hard to let go once they stop making updates and just all around phone.
Have my velvet still April 2023. Worried I'll have to switch to something else soon.... But idk it's still working really well with daily heavy use... My storage is almost full though =/
@@mikaaree its only 4100 mah so its not as impressive as everyone kept saying. The battery feels surprisingly average tbh.. I bought a 4400 mah battery to try to upgrade it only to find out that it was too big. But despite all that its still the best phone ive ever seen or used next to the red magic supernova and the galaxy fold. It shames every other phone i see. No joke, Its faster than it should be. Its build is increadible and it holds up really really well against impact and moisture. Ive repaired quite literally thousands of mobile devices and the velvet is still unquestionably breath taking.

@@mikaaree Personally, would vote Velvet all day. Its a much more satisfying user experience. I use both for gaming but the velvet is just too unique. Iphone 11 is fast with its bionic chip but they both have 5G chipsets so with both having an octa core id choose the velvet because its like a Machine gun V.S a water pistol with the same internals.. The Velvet truly is an unusual specimen. Especially with the Sunset illusion back glass. Everyone has an iphone. Nobody has a velvet and as result its a very eye catching machine.
honestly benchmarks never did it for me. Its all about real world testing. I have seen many a crappy spec benchmark and the pone performed excellent. If your buying a phone for gaming, then you need to say on your xbox. phones were meant for communication

LG V60 all day long over the iPhone 11. The real question should be, LG V60 or iPhone 13 Pro Max. It depends on if you're in the Apple ecosystem and what you require. Here are my needs: -Expandable Storage -3.5mm Jack -32-bit Hi-Fi QuadDAC I'm not a gamer so the faster processor on the 13 Pro Max isn't important. The Pro Max has the better macro but the cameras are a wash. The V60 has a slightly larger screen but is so much lighter than the Pro Max. It's also much more comfortable to hold. One great benefit to the Pro Max is the 120mz display. The price difference is huge. the V60 is between $350-$400 new. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is $1,049...plus an additional $50 for the charger and lightning cable.
Still pretty happy with my velvet after one year of use..... No need to upgrade anytime soon

With velvet you can change the display from Natural to vivid to cinema. Brighter colors when using vivid!
I got mine new for $100 on ebay. I absolutely love it to death. Its been about 8 months now. Still going strong..

I have both and this video explains exactly what phones are. I prefer watching videos and cam on VELVET but IP13 more so for social and interface.
Me I love watching movies on mine
And with LG the default camera setting is like 12mb so you don't get the full effect of the camera unless you change that photo size setting.
