    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    * Mango(आम) - 1
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
    * Curd(दही) - 1 Bowl
    * Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
    * Almond(बादाम) - Some
    * Cashew Nuts(काजू) - Some
    * Pistachios(पिस्ता) - Some
    * Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1 Ltr
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Extra Curd (जामन) - Some

    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    First of all, peel the Ripe Mango and take it out in a bowl, put it in a mixer and grind it after adding Sugar.After that, put the Mango mixture in a pan to cook and add Ghee from the side, then add Curd Milk Powder to it, after cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, put it in a plate or pudding dish and sprinkle Almonds, Cashews and Pistachios on top. Garnish on top. Keep it for 4 to 5 hours.
    First take 1 liter of full Cream Milk, then boil it by adding some Water in a pan, after boiling it a little in the right temperature, add a little sour in two different utensils, then a little sour in a separate bowl, a little Add milk. After mixing it well, pour the Milk in the whole pan and mix it with Whisker, after that pour the milk into the vessel containing sourdough, cover it with Foil Paper and keep it for 4 to 5 hours.
    Then after setting the Curd, put a vessel in a sieve and put all the curd in it, after 2 to 3 hours all the water comes out, then take out the curd separately. In this way your Curd and Sweets are ready to serve.
