Reaching 2.1M in Gladion's Damage Challenge with NC Silver, Paulo, and SS Diantha (Rock-weak, 3v3)

(Both Silver and Paulo have their EX roles unlocked, which I do think are needed. Silver additionally has extra energy, which isn't necessary as I just get extra stat tiles with them, but they do help in bumping up damage.)
Colress strat only got me to 1.2M that I feel could be bumped up to around 1.5M, so this felt like another case where going for DPS would be better than the blitz strat. And true enough, I managed to crack 2M by using regular moves instead of just relying on the sync.
Needs an MPR on Paulo's TM and an MPR on Diantha's Rock Wish. I missed a sync crit in Silver's final sync but it's only a ~50k difference that I'll just reset for later. It'll be the same strategy anyway so I figured I'd post this already.
I used skill gears with pretty significant stat and multiplier bonuses, which you can find here: i.imgur.com/94z0Wcc.jpeg
One improvement you can do to this run: Save Paulo's B Move for right before Silver's final sync so that the PMUNs go to the last sync cycle's moves instead.
This'll also be improved with more move levels on the two Poke Fairs. Diantha has that Rock Wish Initial Propulsion tile at 4/5 and Paulo has that Head Start 1 tile at 4/5 that could work in getting to first sync faster. Diantha could also use Super Powered 3, but not Paulo since that doesn't work on his Max Move.

Have to say the timer is a cheat it doesn't run down like normal seconds its going twice as fast so that aint 3mins it's less than that

It's twice as fast coz of the x2 animation speed (the three arrows in the upper right corner).
