Aiag97 I have digestion issues so I normally just take Phillips daily probiotics from Walmart/target because they help with my symptoms. When I’m feeling like I want some gummies, I get the Olly probiotics from target! I’ve noticed an improvement in my gut health and my skin, so I hope this helps you too 💜💜

Hey, we’re around the same age and I was also dealing with acne. It got so much better when I cut down on the products i’m using, if ur using a product that has benzyl peroxide and another one with salicylic acid, don’t use them on the same day because they dont mix well

I'm 18 and haven't had clear skin since I was 10 (I suspect it's hormonal, but my mum is weird about me going to the doctor for it so I have to wait until I move out in a few months to start solving the problem). having bad skin for so many years has definitely taken its toll on my self confidence, and I regularly find myself comparing my skin to other women's skin. to see someone who I admire and think is super pretty talking about having hormonal acne made me feel so much better and less alone

Brene Brown has some seriously good research/videos on this. We should never try and change ourselves because really that it putting some low key shame onto that part of who you are. It's just about acknowledging and being away of who you are, this will make it easier for you to create boundaries and understanding with the people in your life without abandoning who you are! The book about attachment : as a psychology student this is something that we learn about in developmental psychology. Usually you attachment style in relationships is the same one you had in relation to your parents when you were a baby. But your attachment style can change. It’s hard and it takes time and a lot of good communication between you and your partner but it can change. So know that there’s a lot of research behind the theory of attachment styles, I would definitely recommend reading the book she shows!

Okay, I highly recommend the asarai red clay mask 🙏🏼 I’m 23 with hormonal acne and very sensitive skin and this stuff works SO WELL. It really helps with dark spots and keep my acne in check and just improves brightness and texture overall. Ugh I’m in love, you have to try it
