same thing happen with me too.. ab dubara participate karne par bahar nikal deta and it shows You are not eligible to participate in bid (GEM/2024/B/4746053)..

This is possible when it is mentioned in your bid that the bid is going to RA or if the rate of L1 and L2 is same then it will go to RA .
