I've got this bag and love it! The down migration along the longitudinal baffles is easily managed with a quick shake to redistribute the down. The nylon 7D outer is thin and feathers do poke through occasionally. It's easy though to grab the feather and pull it back into the baffle from the other side, afterwards massaging the nylon to get the hole to magically disappear! I don't think you mentioned anywhere the rating or the length and width of the bag you have. At 471g I'm going to guess that you have a short, slim, 20F bag? The beauty of these bags is that beyond the rating itself you can order them in different colours, different lengths and different widths. Zpacks also sells a separate down hood (which I hardly ever use/need), which I find can extend the comfort limit somewhat.
Hey Abbie, I bought a Rab Ascent 700 sleeping bag and Thermarest NeoAir XLite last year (among other things). I've not tried them in extreme cold yet but as somebody who feels the cold these days, so far they are both great.
Hello Abbie, enjoyed your video. This sleeping bag is on my radar.. Watched the video a couple of times but did not see any of the specs on your sleeping bag.. Is this the 20゚ or 30゚bag ? height and width of bag?.you mentioned your 5' 7" and close bag over your head, which is something I do also, At 5'8" i want to make sure this is possible.. I'm assuming the bag is 6' but they also make a 6'6" bag ,Thank you
400 dollars isn't a bad price for a quality made sleeping bag but when you factor in shipping and import duty then it becomes a more expensive investment ,I love zpacks gear like the duplex but packs really need uk and European distribution
Which one do you recommend ? I've seen so many. I'm only 5 ft 7 and want one that packs to a decent size , I sleep very hot so wouldn't need a very warm one

Thanks for all the video in 2022 keep the coming
How does it compare to the Thermarest you reviewed?
Maybe missed it, what temperature rating?
Really enjoying all your review videos 😊 just wondering if you can recommend any cleats for hiking boots 🥾 🥾

I prefer the RADICAL 1Z, cost
€469.00, weight 440 gr for the Regular Size.
Comes from Poland, Handmade.
Do you own one? I am interested in this model
@@audiosaurus6511 Yes, I own one and am very happy with this one. It has accompanied me on several hikes.
@@heinrichdiederichsen3467 i'm a litlle worried about the filling, it is only 210 gr. In what kind of temperatures did you use it?
@@audiosaurus6511 In my opinion a classic three season sleeping bag. I used it for my hikes until the end of October.

Happy New year 🎉
I am not Billie Eilish. In fact I'm a bloke. Does this relate to ZPacks sleeping bags?
Sorry you haven't sold this to me. No zip baffle, no hud, down migration and Bobby agrees. No Ill stick to rab and snug pack. Cheers Abbs
Crap - $400 with no baffles ? - no wonder you didnt pay for it yourself
Would rather buy a snugpak British made and used by British armed forces

Soft elite 3 would be best option
