Do you mean at 20:18? There are 2 clues that I believe explain it. at approximately 20:08 they say "enemies dropping into the AO - Area of Operations" meaning someone is returning into the game possibly from a re-entry perq. But regardless the guy lands on the roof above Marshal to his right. Marshal runs a perq called "high alert " that lets him know who is looking at him outside of his field of vision. It flashes orange on the side of the screen where the person is. You can see his screen flash to the right at 20:16 and I believe it is just the game being glitchy that the guy he kills appears to pop out of nowhere when he jumps down. At least that is what I think happened.

Nah it was at 42:54 (after the sniper shot and he jumps down). I just re-watched and realized that he 360'd so fast that it looked like 180.
