- This definitely isn't the most coherent video I have ever filmed... but it was what I felt like making at the time. Hang out with me while I go through a bunch of my BJD props, and ramble a lot while I put them away.

If you want to make a diorama for cheap, you might look into getting some very sturdy foam board sheets, instead of making it from wood. The construction would also be quite a bit simpler because you don't need saws or wood glue or any of that, but the trade off is it will be varying degrees of flimsy depending on the thickness and quality of the foam board you get. I managed to recycle some display foam boards from a store that a friend of mine worked at which are roughly a fourth of an inch thick that are pretty sturdy, but if you get some thin dollar store boards they will likely not hold up as well if you're not careful with them. This might not matter if you don't plan on moving it around too much, but it is something to consider.
If you'd like some inspiration, MyFroggyStuff on RUclips has created tons of wonderful doll rooms with all kinds of themes! She normally works in playscale, but she's done at least one room for her Smart Dolls, and I don't think it would be too hard to scale up some of her other designs as well! :D

I could not agree with you more! I'm glad we have the same opinion! I don't have much room in my room(haha)but i did dedicate a shelf in my cupboard!
Your collection is looking cool so far, can't wait to see what it turns into. I had considered medicine cabinets in the past for if I ever got a doll room. Furniture can be tough when you have set ideas in already in mind. Thanks for the tips on keychains, my eyes will be sharper from now on.
Thank you! It's been steadily growing over time. I know what you mean ^^; The way I've been collecting furniture is somewhat erratic, so I'm not entirely sure the different pieces go together. I might end up having to paint/customise some of it to make it work!
I actually got a little dog witch hat for my darling little maddi!!! She's gunna be a witch for Halloween and I'm even planning to make a table for her cauldron

When I had a bunch of dolls I had a setup similar to yours. Just in the corner of a room with furniture placed around. It felt way more freeing and natural than a real dollhouse

The medicine cabinet wardrobe blows my mind! what a great idea! I love buying keychain props for my dolls, they work so good. The giant doll diorama is coming along great. It would be awesome to have a doll room!

I have a good size Diorama for my Pullips, I'll be turning one of my closets into another one for my 50cm and dollfie. I 3D print most my furniture but I really love the idea of the med cabinet !

I have the same my Generation doll backpack as yours that’s cool !
My house has a extra room but my mom made it her office :( my bjds have a corner of my room tho (because of the way my closet sticks out weirdly they get an extra wall) and they're by the window so it's a plus because good lighting for pictures btw U ARE THE BEST!!

Unfortunately the glitter girl shoes are too small for them, but I think Our Generation has some that can fit (they're about double the width of a Smart Doll foot though, but depending on what style of shoe, they can work) - I have some our generation roller skates that I've put on my Challenge "Jelly".
