A couple of notes: Before separating the 2 frame halves, you need to remove two screws on one side of the frame at the hinge edge, and the latch edge. I did mention it, but it was out of order in the video. I used a screw gun with the clutch set low, and it vibrated the screws loose. My go to lube for releasing the screws is Corrosion X. You can find it in some auto parts stores, or on line. It is great stuff for all sorts of applications. Also, a good place to put the clamp when spreading the frame apart is in the notches where the hinge used to be. The other joint os not so convenient.
