Wonderful cards. I will definitely try them. A tip I learned from someone else: in order to safely mail cards so that the embellishments stay on is to emboss plain card stock with a “busy” embossing folder. Cut the sheet to fit on top your card and there you have it. It protects your card perfectly. I keep several cut at all times. No more worries. Dede

I use cut up pieces of padded postage bags.
I have a crimper and run a piece of cardstock through that and use it to protect cards

I use tissue paper in front of my cards before mailing.

I always love watching your videos because I always learn something. As I have said numerous times thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge with your followers. This particular video I replicated using my scraps of pattern papers. It was so much fun sorting out and matching up scraps. TFS 🇨🇦

I love having cards appropriate for boys
I use Sasha Reade's idea of a container of strip's and they are separated into white and coloured. This idea of yours will be a great way to use them up. Tfs 💚 💚 💚

Sometimes you just need to watch again! I have a 6x6” paper pad that has some prints I don’t love and/ or probably won’t use. I was working with it yesterday and wondering about the donate pile, but I think the printed papers might work for this. I may be off to the craft table for a session of pure play later this afternoon. Thanks!

These are so cool! I can use this idea. I used to live in NZ but now I’m in the USA and I’ve gotten used to something they do here - the mail carrier (postie) will pick up outgoing mail so you don’t have to go and find a postbox. I had no idea until I moved here but that’s what the little red flags on US mailboxes are for, to let them know you have something to be picked up. It’s very handy.
When I was growing up in a rural setting here in NZ, the postie used to do that too! Definitely not anymore here in the city! lol. So do they do that everywhere in the US? You just put it in your mailbox with the little flag up and they know to take it?
@@NatashaFooteCreative Yes! It’s crazy to me. I have at least 6 postboxes and a full post office within a 15 minute walk but I can still leave mail at home, even packages if they have prepaid/printed postage labels. Apartment blocks with locked mailboxes usually have an outgoing slot too.
