I used to play on 1152x864 at 30 fps , I used your low end preset , and after doing everything you told it still gets same fps in my native settings. But anyways I don't mind because your preset did something I don't know what but reflections on cars look great , I tried to put reflection settings on ultra but it won't affect a bit , and after using your preset my reflection looks sick asf . My specs - i5 1155G7 8 GB ram Nvme M.2 Samsung 500 gb ssd Intel iris xe 6200 My gta settings - Quant V ( graphic mod ) Texture, shader, shadow, reflection to high Addictional settings - off Direct X 10 The Fps - Constant 30 fps ( I use a controller ) Feels great
This did not work for me, it just runned the same lag but in worse graphics, it even somehow made my desktop and system slower(not sure if it is from this) , in conclusion, i deleted the game and now my system is slower. Not cool.

for me, all the FPS drops started after i upgraded to W11, wich gave me that direct x 12 feature to only load objects i am looking at, wich is fkd, cause now no matter my draw distance is set on, (used to be max) object load 50 m in front of me. not taling about random fps drops in the city, in some places they drop, some other times, in the same place, they won't drop. it's bad cause it goes from 85-90 to 65, 60. lowering graphics doesn't do anything, it just lets the game go from 120 to 60 :))) it;s fckd... and also, gta v is the only games that has more fps in windowed than fullscreen, also seems like 99% of what youy said i already have done it :)) i have Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2060 6gb 32gb ram 3200mhz 256gb ssd for windows 1tb ssd gaming 2tb ssd gaming 2tb HDD for stuff...
