how long time you find it smoked , if you let it 2days later, the mug heater is raising temperature or not , if not, you can buy new one, the controll box still work or not ?

it's not sublimation mug, it's with ceramic coating , work with laser toner heat transfer printing . but the digital color printer has white toner printing.

Thanks Vanlife, The mug is normal ceramic mug, we use i-Transfer® laser no cut transfer solution on hard surface. In additional , to make durability the graphic, we primered i-Transfer® Ceramic Coating before heat transfer, it's quick dry coating with 40secs. the paper we use i-Transfer® Laser Transfer Paper. Because the laser toner transfer is similar as graphic toner paste on the surface, we don't suggest to put it into dishwasher. Hope it's helpful.
