Great stuff, am mulling putting in for one of these, and really helpful to hear Chris's views. My new printer & paper arrived yesterday, thanks Fotospeed!
Very enjoyable interview👍, top marks. Thanks to the team of FS and special guest Chris Palmer for a very informative and thought provoking analyses regarding presentation of ones work.
I learned so much preparing my 'L' panel and have enjoyed project work ever since. I would thoroughly recommend it. Having received the 'L' award, I had no thought of going for the 'A' but one day an idea came to me for a project I really wanted to do and I have been working on the 'A' for a few years but the pandemic halted my progress. I shared a couple of prints with friends recently, printed on Fotospeed Pearl, and had great feedback. Must get back at it...
How long did your L take to put together? I thought I was perhaps 50% of the way through mine panel creation, but my 121 provided feedback that would require more shooting, so I've deferred by a few months.
@Paul Williams difficult to saw exactly how long as some of my images predated any thoughts of going for L. I learned much from attending an advisory day both in terms of image selection and presentation. I did the RPS OU course which helped with technical issues and basic processing. Looking at successful panels was also very informative. Good luck!
@@G0FUW I've not attended an advisory yet, perhaps I should have before my single shot at a 121. 🤷 Still, I'm more confident now with my new images that have addressed any issues mentioned during that session. Thanks

Fascinating and lots to learn there. Glad I kept this one on my Watch Later list!
