Yea it is annoying. Kaspa is pushed as ultimate crypto, all the bullish news around it and things to come yet it cant even surpass and hold 20 cents. I honestly lost some of my conviction in this but i will hold and wait till next year. I like Kaspa.for its technical fundamentals and people who work on it as they know what they do but I feel like Kaspa is really lagging behind in terms of price and market. We are currently sliding between 15 and 17c range which remind me of february - july period when it was struggling between 11 and 13c. It exploded to almost 21c after almost half a year just to get sold massively. I have a bad feeling that this pattern repeats itself and by the end of the year we will see 30c at most and then dump and in 2025 we will top at 2 dollars at most which will be a huge disappointment

@@mikez3077 it was going sideways in a givdn period of time and by the end of july with krc 20 beta launch it indeed went up hitting new ath but then dropped quite quick because of some technical faults that led to a flop. We are about to witness another launch by the end of this month or september, maybe later and we will see. At least they are not stressed with fixed launch date so it is good, better to polish things than rushing to meet deadlines

MC is a vanity metric. It doesn't apply. Companies have earnings and assets which is why they have market cap because it is supposed to reflect the value of the company. But nowadays companies like Tesla have market caps 100x larger than their actual value. Market cap isn't used in currencies. Which is why if kaspa were to become the global currency it would no longer be an asset it would be a currency. Like he said currency has no "value" it is the intermediary of value.
Question, what will happen with bitcoin when all of the BTC is mined, Kaspa will be our decentralized money but what will be incentive for holding BTC?

Do you really understand Kaspa's technology well enough to claim it's the best form of money? My main concern is whether it's truly secure. If Kaspa can achieve everything it promises, it could be the ultimate form of money, which is why I've invested heavily in it. However, since I'm not a programmer and don't fully grasp the technical details, I can't help but have some doubts. I'm learning about the technology, but without a deep understanding or hands-on experience, it's hard to completely trust it. Anyway, Kaspa has the best probability to be money, so my money is going to Kaspa😉

PoW is the most secure consensus mechanism, especially when coupled with large network effects. Security is the most paramount feature in a monetary system and Bitcoin is the most secure, with no competitors.

Because in order to set up your lightning network node you have to create a transaction in bitcoin first so if lightning network was supposed to be form of global payment it would take long several years before it could be adopted
