Easily the best part of the film for me, it was crazy (after 10 years) to finally see a hopeful figure in the DCEU & Sascha Calle did a wonderful job bringing her to life.
She was supposed to have scene with Cavill and Gal in the end of the movie. She was supposed to appear in MOS2 alongside Cavill and fight Brainiac. They promised her for two years that she will have a solo movie and now she's just got recast and no one seems to care. She patiently wait for The Flash to be launch and be his Hollywood debut and in the process receiving a lot of hate for her appearance but the movie terribly bombs at the Box Office and she couldn't do anything about it. What they did to her is way worse that Cavill saying that he will return as Superman and immediately saying that he won't.
I loved her. I miss her. They can bring back Margot, Viola and the whole dumbass mid Peacemaker cast... yet don't bring back Sasha. It would've been so easy since she's already a multi-universe character (technically being both DCEU and Burton Universe Supergirl). WTF, man.
I can kinda get all of the hate that this movie got (personally, I wasn't a fan of Ezra's portrayal of Barry) but I thought that Sasha was golden as Supergirl and really wanted to know more of this Kara's story after she escaped the bunker.
She was the only decent thing about flash. Everything else in that movie was utter horseshit. Heck the show flash & the actor & everything is 10000x better than the fkin movie. It's so bad i won't even torrent download the movie. 😂
The only thing that sucked about this movie was the storyline. I was hoping they breach the multiverse and bring Kara over to a universe where her cousin was actually alive. This was way to dark for her to suffer at the hands of the Russians and then to end up dying at the hands of Zod not once, but twice, maybe thrice. Then Batman kamakazi's himself which is out of character. Anyways lot of plot holes, a bad script overall. A fan boy movie
Supergirl is NOT Latina, they shouldn't have changed her ethnicity, it doesn't make any sense... but if it was inevitable, if you're going to hire a Latina girl to be Supergil anyway just to fill a forced diversity quota, then they should have at least having found a pretty Latina who has acting experience, there are many Latina girls who are actually attractive, but Sasha Calle is not good-looking whatsoever. Sasha is the Michelle Rodriguez of Superhero movies 🤣, and I don't mean that as a compliment.
