No copper coat or anti seize on the threads? The locator dog sub assembly could have been done prior to sliding it on to the mandrel assembly. The retainer lugs could have been held in place with small magnets to keep them from falling out. Use your vise to your advantage during assembly, making the job easier to do, therefore, making you more efficient.
