I chose the path of total crowns because of the severe acid attack that the front teeth had suffered due to an eating disorder ... 😔 On the canines and the first premolars (upper and lower) I replaced the lost enamel with direct composite (index technique) ... On the incisors I preferred to avoid sandwiches between the palatine composite and the vestibular ceramic, mainly due to an important leveling of the gum parabola, easier to be corrected with toral crowns on vertical preparations (BOPT) ... a little less conservative but more predictable
