He didn't defeated them because the fight with Dogan and Bamsi was incomplete, but yh Claudius would clearly beat Dogan. In terms of Bamsi we can't be sure because he's very strong and skilled, but yh Claudius dominated him till the point Ertugrul came in to fight him, however I can certainly say that Bamsi wasn't at his peak in season 1 so Claudius probably won't be able to beat Bamsi at his peak
