    Paul, thanks for another one of your excellent and informative videos. I really enjoy practicing Kali and how you integrate the didactical teachings of Kali as you parallel Kali with the clinical aspect of " Drills / Hand to Hand / Weapons Training " in a real time scenario of workouts that you instill in me. Paul, please keep them coming along.

    years ago I was fortunate to engage in Kali/ JFD with Master Richard Bustillo... >20 yrs ago and here in Miami with Guro Abon Baet (Buno Wrestling and knife fighting... I still do some basic drills for upper body conditioning (also Nunchakus)... age 61. thanks for your vids.

    Love this stuff. I’m starting to get a little better with the sticks. I knew very little about FMA and how good it really was. Thanks for the vids. I train at my school, but your vids have great training exercises.

    I have enjoyed my training / learning new skills whilst following you Paul and from my experience with Kali , it gives you that full body conditioning workout . " Absorb what is useful , discard what is useless and add what is specifically your own " keep that river flowing brother .
