Jinja is 1 of the 11 cities If you are giving directions, they are relative to where you are standing. For example: if you are in Kampala, you,d say that Jinja is east of Kampala. If you are in Lira , you'd say that Jinja is South East of Lira. If you are in Busia, you'd say go to Jinja drive in a South West direction.
