I am just curious when every company I see looking for experienced people then which are giving the first chance to freshers? Cause even when I look for internships the expectation of companies is sky high. I just feel the these companies are low on budget or something. Could someone suggest some companies name where you can go as a fresher for Web development position and not judged for making mistakes? Thanks.
I have been working for more than a decade in the tech industry. So, I can help.
1. These are fake videos.
2. There is no culture of engineering internships in India because India is not any industrialised country. Internships are offered by private companies to learn to choose highly skilled employees from many job applicants.
3. NO. There are no such tech companies which would hire any unskilled programmer and would allow him to commit mistakes.
Make several sample complex web development projects and put such projects on your GitHub profile to be able to get noticed by the present tech employees of the tech companies.

@@financewithsom485 regret tho nahi hai bro, cause if we learn skills and subjects required for tech placement, no one can stop us. Just we have to ignore the companies which only need CS that's it and there will be only some like that. And being from a tier 1 college when you learn skills and qualify the coding rounds and interviews we can crack big in campus placements.. So don't regret bro whatever we have, should fight from there.
@@jayanthstudies1544 I have graduated from a top nit last month where very few tech companies only 20% that too low paying allow mechanical to sit. But for ece/eee 80-90% companies allow.

How to get the job or apply for the job if you don't have 60% throughout academic, I passed out in 2019 and lost my job in 31st July 2020 when I was on training period due to covid-19.

For some companies it does matter as a fresher, but after some more experience, most companies don't care at all about CGPA

For off campus hiring CGPA does matter if you are looking for any good product based company as a fresher.
Ex. For , Cisco S.E. Intern (2021) : 8.5
For S. E. 1 role it was 8.0.
