I love jello poke cakes. I used to make them with raspberry and lime jello at Christmas time for my kids. They didn't know for a long time I was using sugar free jello lol.
I always used a dinner fork to poke holes in the cake and spoon the jello on slowly so it had more time to soak in.
Wish I'd thought to make one like yours. Looks yummy!❤

Calvin try a small funnel to pour jello or liquid into holes, also the funnel can be used to make holes. It's much easier when making a poke cake ❤.

Yum, looks great! Ive actually been making that cake for years. Usually red and green at Christmas. Try mixing any flavor of instant pudding with the cool whip. Its delicious! I often use dream whip, which is a powdered topping mix. You mix the dream whip with instant pudding and I believe 3/4 cup of milk. Its really good, but yours look wonderful!
