Do I need to unlock Boot loader first in order to change IMEI... Because it showing failed to write everytime. But it it loading nvdata files successfully. I can read IMEI from phone too, but just when I enter both IMEI numbers and click on the write button, it takes a few seconds and says writting IMEI to target failed
