Never gona fly with mas ever again in my life time . I booked a ticket last year and canceled it a week of two before flying , the customer service told me that i can change it instead to a coupon and pay the amount of the difference for my next purchase, but he dint tell me that there was a 1 year validity, i never receive any form of confirmation and info sheet , it wasnt even mention under cancelation T&C in the booking confirmation email . So now they dint want to honour it and MAS was saying it was all my fault . First time flying with MAS , whos to know that it will be my last and i dint even get to board the plane.
