Can someone tell me why the Bible says satan is a Deceiver and the Quran says Allah is a Deceiver. Is there a different, if i go and Deceived my friends and neighbors that's a good thing. The Bible says satan came to lie,confused and destroyed and the Quran is the opposite of the Bible that's why you can't find the ten commandments that God gives moses in the Bible and they have no evidence or proof of the Quran

Islam is a religion for all humans in every place of residence, for all races, tribes and nations of the world (See the holy book of the Qur'an, Surah/Chapter 7 Al A'raf verse 158).

What is confusing is the Quran says Allah is the best of the Deceivers and the Bible says satan is a Deceiver,characteristics are the same thing

But Allah is All-Knowing of everything, All-Knowing of the unseen and hidden, the past and the future. Allah is the best organizer and controller of the course of life, knowing what people who want to deceive Allah and His prophet will do, who will be deceived by what they do.
They are people who like to lie: they differ between their words and their actions. They say that they are making improvements in human life, even though their work is causing great damage to human life.
In the Qur'an there are many commands from Allah so that humans do not follow the steps of Satan and make Satan a real enemy, including:
Holy Qur'an Chapter 2 verses 168-169.
(168) : "O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy".
(169) : He only orders you to do evil and immorality and to say about Allah what you do not know.

Thé Christian knows the Bible more than the Muslim.
Allah Who created the heavens and the earth, Who sits on the Throne, Who knows secrets and what is more hidden. The Qur'an was revealed by Allah as a warning for people who fear Allah (Al Qur'an Surah 20 Thaha verses 1-8).
Allah has sent the Prophet Musa 'alaihi sallam to guide the children of Israel and warn Fir'aun (Al Qur'an Surah 20 Thaha verses 9-99).

Rasulullah shollallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "By Allah, in Whose hand Muhammad's soul is, no one from this Ummah will ever be hear about me, whether he is a Jew or a Christian, then he dies before believing with the teachings that I brought, unless he is among the inhabitants of hell."
