Kirsten is a notably striking, emotive, passionate dancer and she ALWAYS draws the eye in any choreography, with her unrivaled precision and effortless fluidity, but Parris truly has a gift as a choreographer! Oftentimes when you see her work, it's not just the choreo that has her name on it, she's frequently responsible for the entire creative vision. She's an artist and she has a unique and distinct style that stands out and truly sets her apart. I don't think anyone voted her "leader" by rights of her superior performance or status above the others, she was the leader by default because she's the literal creator of what they do!
