How To Install A Hydraulic Door Closer | HANDYMAN HEADQUARTERS

I got to this project on my own house finally! It has been on my list forever and it was time to get it done. I got the closers from Home Depot. They were about $34. This is something you can do yourself but you need patience if your going to install this in a metal door as the drilling part of the installation is a slow process. If you rush through it you may drill holes in the wrong spot or they might be too big and round out. I was nervous drilling and I measured three times and took my time at it. Male and female bolts really hold that hardware in place . Did you think about a hinge spring over the closer .
