Click "Select" (In the top left, near the corner, it's a little box) Then click and drag it to the size you need, then you'll be able to move it around, or stretch or resize it and stuff, right click it, click copy, then select a small bit anywhere (Preferably a blank spot) and right click that, then click paste, or that's how I do it, anyway :P
