Dashcam RN04ANR Cut up and dangerous overtake (18/05/22 Prestwich M62E)

Untaxed and no MoT driven by an Asian man seen to be driving dangerously, crazy undertakes, overtakes, no road craft at all.
I tried to move from lane 3, to lane 2 at the end of the video where the blue Jaguar has undertaken the truck, to then cut in front of me causing me to slam brakes on.
