Funny how The BBC never call anybody 'far left extremists' ?
The BBC will not permit criticism of their leadership.
Far left extremists are communists/anarcho-communists, they're relatively ideologically united so it's easier to call them as they are rather than by their position on the political spectrum. Far-right extremists are more divided - some are anarcho-capitalists, some are fascists, some are ultra-nationalist and ultra-authoritarian. Because of the ideological divide within the same position on the left-right spectrum, it's easier to group them together as the far right

@peterkay4477 the original comment interested me cause I very rarely hear people described as far-left, on the news or in real life. But I do occasionally hear people referred to as communist or socialist (although that word is misused just as much as far-right often is) because that's what the far-left is

The BBC was fine till about fifteen years ago.
