Thank you, very easy to understand. I would like to know how to determine the size of paper needed. Is there a formula?

Width= (1” x #of pages) + [gusset width x (#of pages -1)] ; choose the gusset width based on how thick and chunky you pages and embellishment are going to be. Length= slightly shorter than your page height.
