Closed on a Toll Bros investment home in the new Sayebrook development in Myrtle Beach. 5 bed/4 full bath. Start to finish it took a bit over seven months. Would have cost me over a $1M where I live. Flew down (Breeze!) from Portland, ME direct to Charleston. after the closing in December and it was 72 most of the week ;-)

Funny thing is we were just driving through Sayre Brook today coming back from Marshalls and Sue and I were commenting how nice the homes looked there and that they look like they were pretty good size!
