Precious message! so I understand this: What is originated in us - our desires to serve God, our ideas, is going to burn up in the fire. Only what we do in obedience to Him will count as silver, gold, precious stones.... Hearing and obeying our Lord in our every day work is what counts. Doing the will of the Father, having intimacy with Jesus and being led by the Holy Spirit, that is what counts.
I so miss Derek....I wish I could have been there when these meetings were held...I remember once he came to our church in the mid 90-s and he quoted the same scripture verse from Jeremiah 31...I really don't remember hardly anything from that sermon but the one word "proclaim it to the nations;he who scattered Israel shall gather them and keep them as a shepherd his flocks"

I have not heard anyone in years preach about the judgement of God.
