    ATTE KA HALWA (KADA PRASAD STYLE MEIN)
    INGREDIENTS
    WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR. 1/2 CUP
    GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER). 1/2 CUP
    SUGAR 1/2 CUP
    WATER. 1 CUP
    ALMONDS. 10 TO 12 (ROASTED & CHOPPED)
    PROCEDURE
    IN A KADHAI, TAKE GHEE AND WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    ROAST THE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR ON LOW HEAT TILL IT TURNS BROWN IN COLOUR AND ALL THE MOISTURE CONTENT IN IT IS REMOVED
    ONCE DONE, ADD SUGAR AND WATER
    STIR IMMEDIATELY
    COVER AND COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 4 MINUTES
    OPEN THE LID AND CHECK
    STIR ONCE AGAIN AND COVER FOR ANOTHER 3 MINUTES SO THAT ALL THE GHEE LEAVES THE SIDES AND HALWA IS COOKED WELL
    ADD ROASTED ALMONDS
    SERVE HOT
