I thought it would be fun this year to share a walk through tour of the holiday additions added to the new (yet very old home). This is my first Christmas in this house and I cannot wait to see how it evolves over the years. Let me know what you think of this years decor!

A Light Keeper Pro! This thing is a game changer to fix the burnt out section of pre-lit Christmas trees! Totally saved my fingers from pulling out and testing every bulb -

You get an authentic experience of how light effects play a role in the ambiance of each room.This tour was a spectacular view of every room that you have renovated. Gorgeous!!! The flowers in Marie’s room are Anthuriums. We had an Anthurium farm next door to us when we lived in Hawaii. Also called “little boy” flowers. 😊

We love you, too, Drew! The best thing about a night tour is being able to see the splendor of the stained glass doors in your formal living room. PS I bought the dove tree topper that you have downstairs, and 3 tartan ornaments that you have on your upstairs tree. Love them all!

For the lights out on the tree, they have a tool you can use to fix them called a Light keeper Pro. For next year, I think there is a foliage sealer spray you can put on the fresh boughs to slow their breakdown so they will last longer. Lovely home!🥰

Magical. I got up early, 630 am, still dark out in Minnesota. I had my mini trees lit up and I grabbed my coffee and watched the tour. Felt like I was there with the mood lighting. So special, its all my favorite

If I had that lil breakfast nook I would turn it into a full on conservatory, green Chinese panoramic wallpaper, tile floor, plants everywhere, and a table for two. The cabinet would be perfect for gardening tools. I would add a small sink/ fountain with a nozzle for a hose attachment for ease of watering.

Drew it's so fun to see how you incorporated items you have gathered over the years into your casa. ie,; the ship painting as you walk in the house along with other items.
