What the hell is this weapon

It's a "new" weapon that got added with the mod, called Moonlight Butterfly Horn. I infused it with chaos, so all the magic projectiles are now fire damaging and apply the fire dot.

It's not in the normal game. It's from a Dark Souls 3 mod called Cinders.
