I'm shaping a 9'0"x 22 3/4" x 2 7/8" performance longboard using EPS. I reckon it should have a tail thickness of 1". Do you agree or is there a curveball? I'm just going single fin and there should be plenty of foam for the boxes with this thickness.
1" thick at the tip of the tail is a bit fat. Make sure to keep at least 1 1/8" thickness at 6" up for the finbox install and taper down to 3/4" or so...
