The opponent with Cleo made a big mistake not activating the booster.
Yep, I think he was thinking that this will be easy win because of my booster - overconfidence in this game is your biggest enemy
Also the fact that he didn't use the Cleo perk made him have a.much lower multiplier

Hey! In game you cant send boosters to other players. Only way is to donate boosters if you are in one team and this is only option.
