Her voice made me hope during the COVID lockdowns and still does. Together witnessing them recently just confirmed the fact that a kind of powerful musical fusion can make you happy these days, whenever the fusion is earnest enough to heal by truth of voice. Thanks Anna & Jeffrey for healing my/the world.
Anna, your fiddle and accompanying vocals really embellish this recording, great job! My favorite scene is during the last bridge when Jeffery has his eyes closed and the backdrop of the graffiti is so well illuminated. Fantastic project! Much success to you all.
Saw Jeffrey Martin at a Portland beer festival a couple years ago, for me this song was the highlight of that incredible solo acoustic performance. I've sought out everything he's recorded since but have never been able to find a quality recording of this song until now. Absolutely perfect.
tony tanti Dogs in the Daylight, amazing! The news of this new album took a while to get to me here in Canada but I have it now and it's all I've been listening to the last few days.
It may be tricky, and you would have to get the homeowner's permission, but I wonder if the big tree on 10th and I in Arcata might be an interesting place to have a video?

whitnee goode G5, C/G, D/A , if you're still wondering. The D/A is just the C/G slid down two frets. There's a couple of really good shots of the walkdowns too to help you get the full sound. All pretty simple, yet so beautiful.
he was my language arts teacher for 2 trimesters he was an amazing teacher I wished he never left but he's doing what he loves and I love his singing
beautiful vibrato from the fiddle player!!!!
Goosebumps every time she plays that fiddle.

Hi
How are you keeping the camera so stable? Gimble?
+Luke Byron Hand held with a shoulder rig. A little bit of stabilization in FCPX.
+Chuck Johnson would love to know what shoulder rig you recommend. Love your videos

Any tips for good results with stabilization in FCPX with this rig?
I'm struggling to figure out how to play this song. Is that a G9, C, Bb?

Did you do a recording take before filming this? Jeffrey's guitar mic seems a little off-axis in this video...
Recorded live, as shot. The mic in the middle is in omnidirectional mode.

Listened with earbuds and heard the "in the wild" background sounds. What an awesome reverberant space!
