I have never met a more honourable people looking after others.. I hope to have many years following the path of looking after people that need us.

We don't have a "commitment to secrecy". The vast majority of what happens in a Lodge can be communicated with anyone.
I agree with you, but that's what the author of the text says. If we really had this commitment, this channel wouldn't exist!
The secret is about raising your energy from the base of your spine to the top of your head aka kundalini meditation.
That could certainly be true, but I believe that are other pathways as well.
