    I'd like this rear delt segment with video illustration. It's a bit difficult to conceptualize what you are talking about in terms of detail. I get the general message but just need something to see.

    During a reverse fly machine exercice pronated grip : Does constantly pushing down during the exercice would help makes the rear delt be worked more by any way or it's just a sensation ?

      Yeah not that uncomfortable to me. I have significant issues with Ben's content and still I think that if you cringe at him for letting himself be convinced and not clinging on to his idea for dear life, then maybe you should think about that. Why do you need to be right so much.
