Guide season 3 is how I became good at Minecraft. Thank you wattles for bringing this series back and I can’t wait to see what’s next. I would say a good 25-30 minutes is a good episode length.
I love that there is a handful of creators taking the “starter house” back to actually being an obtainable starter house, so fun and nostalgic. I’m my new world I decided to start with a medium sized tent because I had never done a tent before and I was surrounded by sheep haha
I'd say for me i would love to see 30-40 minute episodes just because I love them so much but I recognize that may not be within the realms of achievability
Yeah it's tough cuz I'll watch the longer episodes faithfully. But as a dad, and human in general, I get interrupted and it messes with their "retention algortihm" and youtube will punish the channel sadly
I missed the survival guide! I forgot how much I enjoyed watching this series. I tried starter houses in my first 2 worlds but I actually am ok living in a small house or just cave while I build and expand the rest of the area. My current world I decided to focus on my builds and not worry about building a starter house and am much more comfortable doing that. Thanks for the building tip reminders! Great episode!
I do the same thing. I just dig a hole, put a door on it and slowly expand it as I need it for space or mining. I am also incapable of building small too. My kids give me a hard time because everything I build is a “mega” build. 😂
I left the vid halfway to go to the park, I just came back and my mom called me to tell me my uncle died from an overdose this vid is really helping me feel better.
id love to see 30-50 minute long episodes! maybe every 10 or 15 episodes we get something like an hour long? but of course do whatever you're okay with :)
34 minutes exactly, because its long enough to sit and eat during it but short enough you dont loose concentration. such a good video wattles always entertaning :)
I really love the new guide! I wanna see longer episodes! It’s so much fun to play Minecraft at the same time because you inspire me to build amazing things! 30 minutes would be amazing!
You are literally a god in starter Houses😂. Next episode, you should build a bamboo farm for the beautiful bamboo wood! Its easy and you have a jungle not far away!
@@Thewardenishere well, I'm not Wattles, but you might want to give Cubitect's Cubiomes Viewer a try on your quest to find a nice seed! The program allows you to find seeds that meet specific criteria, like having certain biomes near spawn. The reason why I chose to use it instead of Seed Map from Chunkbase (it's really good, too) to find my current world's seed is the option to not even look at the terrain before loading the world to keep a sense of mystery. Good luck!
I say that 25 minutes is absolute gold for an episode length. It’s not too long where you have to pause and finish later, and not too short where your left unsatisfied. But whatever you do Wattles, it will be amazing!
I still remember season 3 I actually started up a new world for 1.20 on bedrock to play alongside with the the guide. defiantly would love around 30 - 40 minute episodes!!
wattles: this is going to be the best series so far also wattles: builds starter base literally at spawn, ruining chances to build giant farms at spawn
I'm sure I've said this many times before, but I would love 30 - 45 min long episodes. Even if that is just due to editing out less of the play time. I love just watching how other people play and I don't mind watching you go from one place to another or the other "boring" stuff.
Wattles you are my favourite RUclipsr, your videos are everything I could ask for, the length of your videos are perfect, you upload daily (tbh I couldn’t care if you missed a day or two), your enthusiasm and joy of helping your viewers is heartwarming, please don’t change and stay well wattles ❤
After you showing me how to build a starter house I got better at building houses. I used to be really bad at building houses. But now I'm good at it all thanks to you.❤
I like episodes to be 20-30 minutes, but I’ll take anything I can get. You never fail to entertain, even with the simplest of tasks. Can’t wait to watch this world grow!
Ilove 30-40 minute long episodes, means on rewatches I can leave it on in the background for longer rather than constantly having to reopen the tab to pick things to have on
A solid 25-30mins mix of both gameplay footage and edited progress updates to make it interesting. Not just 20-30mins of straight recording like some people do.
Wooo a new guide video!!! Love your content so much Wattles! Also what’s the connection with president Taft? 😂 Excited to watch this episode and always look forward to the next one! 🫡🔥👌❤️
Yes to that initial comment in the vid! I really enjoy long form content and I like that more people are striving towards that again it seems. 40mins seems like a very good episode length to me. I'd watch longer for sure but to appeal to most I think 40 seems pretty reasonable. LOVING that Minecraft Guide is back.
Bro wattles, that house in the thumbnail is like my endgame house, there’s no way I can build a house that fast for a starter base, and it’s too much material
Wattles during world tour of last Minecraft Guide: I am absolutely in love with this starter house, I only wish I made it bigger. Wattles right now: (Builds starter house even smaller than season 3)
Enjoying the series, I never got how to play Minecraft but your guides are helping, so far ive build a small island hut and a bridge to main land where I will build my main base tomarrow. So far I'm loving the build.
25-45 mins is what I reckon is perfect! The length inside this range I guess depends on what you’re doing and if you’ve got the time and footage! Loving the series so far! Just got episode 3 to watch now! Woo!
hey wattles, I just got a brand new MacBook and instantly got java edition for the first time in my life, I've played it a few times before in my past years, but I was also subjected to the bedrock nation, which I did love, but now I'm finally able to play java and this guide series is literally perfect timing fr fr😅
Hey wattles 💜 I’ve been watching you since 1.17 on your tutorial series and you’re my favorite Minecraft RUclipsr , you’ve helped me understand so much of the game. Like enchanting, potions , and farming. Farming as in mob spawns and wool farms and stuff like that. If it wasn’t for you I’d be noob. Thank you for all the helpful videos and I will watch every video in this series. I haven’t played mc for a while and there’s a lot of new stuff I gotta learn again. I know you will teach me tho.
Love how you explain how to build a house cause my style is just villager house for a starter like the 5x5 house & just slowly expand it by like a few blocks when I need more space
Cherry wood goes well with birch and blue nether wood goes well with lapis blocks, my base’s flooring has checkerboard patterns with one of those two pairs in two of its rooms.
Wattles!! You have no idea how I missed the guide. It's guides like this that make me wanna play minecraft again. I really loved season 3, but I seriously can't wait to see what you do in this one. Keep it up!!
I’m trying to get back into the Craft and this series is helping me learn everything I’ve missed out on since 2015 thank you, you e truly earned the sub n lik
Nothing better than being able to take a break from adulting, to watch 1 of your episodes. Thx for the video. A great way to start my day! 😍💖 Love the tutorial btw. Cute house!
Love how the shears are whipped out for leaf collection without any explanation... Definitely more important to learn how to decorate a house before learning all of the basic tools lol
Wattles my guy i have a challenge for you: make a wall around your base and up until ep. 30 .do all your builds in that area cant wait for more episodes
This might be a bit too much for some but I can't help but imagine a portal in that large hole in the sky tower. Love the new series and can't wait for the next video startles!
The way I used to regularly watch 1-2 hour minecraft videos and thought it was the norm when I was younger… like I miss having a video to watch when I first wake up and have play while I do my morning routine with coffee. Minecraft renaissance needs to come back fr
Let me add, I don’t typically watch shows or tv, so I get all my media consumption from RUclips and an hour length video is equivalent to an episode of anything for me
Well, I learned building from Grian's videos, a thing that he said was the cone-shaped roof is too amateurish, you could just add a stair, then a block and repeat the process. It would make a nice archway which looks way cooler than the cone-shaped roof.
Dream episode would be on terraforming, specifically in areas where you have to cut back land. We always see the end results but how to do it, tips and tricks, always eludes me.
I AM LOVING this series so far!!!!!! I kinda want to know how much of the video production you do yourself? Like, do you have an editor? That type of thing.
That's one cozy starter house, dude. I'm currently living inside of a hill in my new 1.20 Java world. I'm gonna build something on top of that hill, at some point, though. Doing some exploring and resource gathering, in the meantime.
Amazing to see the new series, seems I will be joining you in creating a new world after losing my long term survival world after having to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft
I've never really been one to build a starter house, so a lot of the time I try to build a big, cool looking house that I build over the course of my world. My house is a Neopolitan Ice Cream Sandwich, with Cherry wood as the strawberry, Snow as the vanilla, and Spruce wood as the chocolate.

I found every one except spire, ward, sentry, rib, and snout

We don’t want more work, just less editing. I just love watching wattles

30 min vids easy

Yeah a lot of people just make starter houses so much complex tht it's impossible for some people
I'd say for me i would love to see 30-40 minute episodes just because I love them so much but I recognize that may not be within the realms of achievability
