- This is a conversation with one of my close friends, Hugo, who is 25 years old. Hugo was diagnosed in October 2023 with stomach-gastric cancer, stage 4 (terminal cancer). It is one of the most difficult cancers to treat.
Hugo has been given a life expectancy of approximately 10 months. He has been fighting cancer undergoing chemotherapy for 7 months.
In this conversation we talk about how he found out the news, his emotional state, how he fights daily to maintain a positive attitude despite the prognosis.

well done, I was stage 4 blood cancer twice, 2012, and 2014, now remission 9.5yrs. zero meds, zero supplements. on a high fat diet. you can do it my friend. Good luck

He's correct about the severity of his cancer. It really is the third worst cancer to get. 1. Pancreatic cancer 2. Glioblastoma (a form of brain cancer) 3. Diffuse adenocarcinoma of the stomach (gastric cancer). I hope he beats the odds. He's a wonderful and courageous young man.

Hi very interesting video, I'm assuming your friend and you are talking about the Warburg hypothesis (e.g. the metabolic theory of cancer)? I find that there seems to be some problems with the fundamentals of that theory though. It ooks at the altered metabolism in cancer cells, and says: "Ah-ha! That's the difference between these cells and normal cells, therefore this difference causes cancer!"
The diet mentioned is not clear…
Fruits, fish, veggies, purely carnivore?
he did carnivore for a month and felt much better. Removing processed foods and sticking to mostly carnivore diet (beef, chicken, fish...) and avoiding grains, cereals have helped many to avoid metabolic desease.
Hello, please tell this young man, God wants him to, move out of his seat in church, walk to the altar, lift his hands up, and look up with his eyes open, and do that every time he goes to church! Wow my son is about your age, you are very wise stromg and I wish you all the best. I have stage 4 ovarian cancer, since Jan 2023. Also seemingly healthy lifestyle I had as a pharmacist. Major surgery and chemo. I hope you are spared pain as that is the horrible scary part. God bless your soul and keep your positive spirit. Whar really matters is so true its love life and forgiveness. I pray that you wil be spared pain as you are such a good guy and and example to all!! 🙏🫶

my mother is going through the same ovarian cancer stage 4. Did they do surgery first or chemo as my mother is reccomended to have chemo first and then surgery if everything works out well. What and where are you getting your treatment done
