- Hi everyone! I'm back with another request recipe. Peopl always ask how to make Pasta Fagioli so I'm cooking it with Gia. This is such an authentic Italian recipe that everyone always asks for and loves making. It's such an amazing dish that people think it's hard to make but it's actually so quick and easy.

I love how Teresa goes crazy with the chopper it cracks me up every time
So this was my first time using the chopper. I got the same brand. Not impressed. I have a cordless electric chopper that works way better and I ended up using. Carrots were way too hard using hand chopper. And it was super loud. I love how much joy it brings her though!❤

I make it this way too. If someone were vegan, they would use water instead of chicken broth. I learned that from my sister. She’s a vegetarian and said she wouldn’t eat it if I used chicken broth. I believe she uses water instead.

Teresa, I have same chopper.. I found if I made a FIST sideways it didn't hurt my palm and was so much easier to chop .. FYI .. !~ ❤
That looks so good. I miss my departed Italian grandma and all the delicious food she made. I try to recreate it but its never the same. Best Italian than any restaurant I vs ever eaten at..I lived in that same area as rhonj and I miss the food you can get there.

Using Chicken Broth took away the whole vegan concept. Teresa should have mentioned that Vegetable Broth is the better alternative for keeping it 💯 Vegan.

I ABSOLUTELY, 100%... pronounced the word "Fagioli" INCORRECTLY LOL thank god it wasn't at the restaurant. That's why if I can't pronounce something on the menu, I'LL JUST have the chicken fingers please!
Lol it's pronounced differently depending on where you're from. The way she pronounced it makes me think more American Italian

Hey girls, T, you taught me how to make tomatoe sauce so easy. Two cans diced tomatoes or sauce and a can of tomato paste.....sweet sweet better tasting than any jar sauce. I have you cookbook. Love yall.

It's from WalMart. Made by Prepsolutions. I love mine! Ordered it after seeing how much Teresa uses hers!
