Un video che sfiora il primato assoluto, un convoglio che in pochi hanno avuto l'occasione di vedere e questa volta Agri957 ha battuto tutti, anche i canali tedeschi. Un'accoppiata - o meglio terzetto - che si può definire una novità a livello mondiale. Per la prima volta, nel 2015, è stato abbinato un trattore stradale a una quadripressa e ad un'accatastatore. Se ne trovano di trattori stradali per le applicazioni agricole, ma le modifiche che sono state fatte su questo sono piuttosto particolari.
Il MAN TGS 18.5 480, infatti, con doppia trazione e pneumatici agricoli sull'assale posteriore per le applicazioni in campo agricolo, è stato dotato di un secondo motore.
Il motore proprio MAN D2676: 6 cilindri in linea da 12.419 cc, Euro 6, sfodera 480 CV di potenza a 1.700-1.800 g/min e 2.300 Nm di coppia tra 930 e 1.400 g/min. Il primo motore, gestisce esclusivamente l'avanzamento del mezzo, mentre ad azionare gli organi di lavoro ci pensa il secondo motore, installato sopra all'asse posteriore. La sua potenza di 360 CV permette il funzionamento della PTO installata appositamente su questo trattore e il funzionamento tutto l'impianto idraulico, sia della pressa che dell'accatastatore, quest'ultimo infatti è alimentato solo da un sistema di flusso e non necessita della presa di forza. I vantaggi non sono solo un risparmio di tempo e quindi una maggiore produttività, ma anche avere un motore principale libero da sforzi di carico dovuti alle attrezzature, importante quando si devono superare salite impegnative come accade spesso in questa regione della Germania. La KRONE BIGPACK 1290 HDP II XC, come da nome è la nuova quadripressa (seconda generazione) della casa tedesca, nonché la più grossa che la casa propone in commercio oggigiorno. Questa nuova macchina permette fino al 10% in più di pressione rispetto al più vecchio modello HDP 1290 HS. Modificato il rotore di taglio XCut, che è stato incrementato del 30% e installati anche dei nuovi legatori brevettati prodotti in collaborazione con l'azienda Rassp, che ha permesso di ridurre la trazione sugli spaghi leganti con un sistema completamente nuovo. L'accatastatore QUADRO PAC V, un attrezzo che a vuoto pesa 22 qli, è agganciato alla pressa tramite uno snodo, che permette il passaggio delle balle anche in manovra. Il QUADROPAC impila fino a 4 balle, e ne può depositare a gruppi di 5 tenendone una sul ponte di passaggio tra pressa e struttura di sollevamento. Il MAN, al momento del rilascio della pila, è costretto a rallentare per evitare che il ballone soprastante cada dalla troppa velocità.

Personalmente so di non aver fornito molte informazioni sulla struttura delle macchine, ma come spero dovrei riuscire a ripetere l'opera e farò di tutto per incrementare le nozioni.

Yes is there where the are the most advantages, the two motors can ameliorate the work, the first motor is free from the bale effort and its better than use a tractor because can work at more kmh also on hill.

I'm stay in thuringen and why not?? There are also field whit a good hills. Yes I mean hills than you can cultivate, is not like in Italy where there are hills whit an high percentage of slope.
Now that is a big baler... Totally Amazing unit at work there.. those bales must weigh a huge amount did not see how they were loaded onto the trailers? Really super baling there.. also hate to think how much all that set up costs to buy?
Whit this press Krone you can have more density of the oldest model up to 10%. I don't know the cost to transform a truck in an agricultural use track, but the work it's very great.

Grazie mille, mi sono informato: 360 cv di secondo motore sia per la PTO che per l'idraulica, il motore del camion regola solo l'avanzamento ed è libero da sforzi di tipo secondario causati da attrezzature.

At the moment yes, it depends on the application you move with the truck
On dry stubble, you'll be mostly fine. But anything else will have a truck digging, with a high probability of getting bogged.
I'm not to fond of the idea of not seeing the pickup, or the entire baler I guess Maybe there's cameras inside of the cab of that truck to allow you to see what is going on, but I wonder why they would choose you use that truck instead of a tractor that gets you above everything and allows you to see. would love to see the view from in the cab to see if its as obstructed as I think it is.
I'm not coming in the cab, but I think there are some cameras to watching the pick-up and also the Quadro Pack V. In other comment I write because they use a truck and not a tractor.

Thank you. If you have time you can read also my others comments, I've explained whit my bad english at the same question. On hill you have more power thanks to the second motor and this system is more faster and efficient than using a tractor. This is a truck modified to work also in spreading liquid and solid manure, silage transport and other application, and you know well than a truck is more faster than a tractor on the road.

Is that a second engine on the back of the truck to drive the baler?..if so its a bit of a waste, surely the truck has enough power on its own?
The second engine is actually the best feature on this setup. Like this, the auxiliary/PTO engine will be set to working revs while the driving engine is used for just that.
Stopping/adjusting speeds can all be done with reasonable revs.
This is the only setup that manages to keep this massive baler at maximum working speed uphill.
Sweet set up.. What's hay cost over there? In Ontario Canada. It's sells for $40 plus for round bales depending on where you live.
I don't know the price here in Germany because I'm Italian, sorry.

Perchè usare un camion invece di un trattore per effettuare questo lavoro? Di primo acchito mi è sembrata una soluzione intelligente ed originale, considerando che il rapporto prezzo/kW di un camion é molto inferiore rispetto ad un trattore agricolo, ragionamento applicabile solo a condizione di non necessitare di sollevatori idraulici, load sensing, cambi sotto carico, ridotte, eccetera....però con la necessità di un motore secondario, aggregati e modifiche varie, non so se questo calcolo stia ancora in piedi...
Questo trattore stradale è impiegato non solo per questo lavoro, permette una versatilità di trasporto e distribuzione con organi PTO come nessun altro (se le condizioni - normalmente estive - lo permettono naturalmente). Innanzitutto quando devi imballare a 30, 40 o più km di distanza dalla sede ci impieghi la metà del tempo di un trattore, anche se in Germania vanno a 50 km/h (non 60 perché l'azienda è attrezzata con Claas e Deutz-Fahr). È evidente che il calcolo stia in piedi: questo sistema permette un lavoro perfetto in quanto il trattore agricolo è sottoposto alle variazioni di sforzo in salita legate al peso e al funzionamento della pressa, mentre il trattore stradale ha un motore che copre le variazioni di carico in trazione e un motore per alimentare la pressa e gli organi idraulici: non va mai sotto sforzo neanche nelle salite più difficili, e ho visto, li ci sono. E poi il calcolo va fatto con un prezzo finale di qualche euro in più: l'accatastatore impila fino a 4 balloni, quindi il servizio è sicuramente venduto a qualche € in più. A conti fatti: maggior resa e anche consumi ridotti se si pensa che un motore gira al minimo quando in piano (3-4 l/km con la trazione) e l'altro sicuramente non arriva a consumare 50 l/h come un trattore da 300 CV se impiegato con questa pressa.
Per me il discorso è tutto relativo si può fare in Germania o Francia lungo vaste pianure dove non ci sono ostacoli, piante ecc... Con fendt 936 e Krone Big Pack 1290 consumevamo 350 litri al giorno (14-15 ore di pressatura) con colline, spostamenti, 50 litri ci vuole il pozzo di petrolio. Con una pressa del genere che pesa oltre 120 quintali anche per gli spostamenti per strada non puoi raggiungere velocità strosferiche, anche perchè con il 936 si viaggia tranquillamente a 50 orari, ma la pressa dietro comincia a "ballare"!!

This truck, (thanks to the second 360 hp motor) has more powerful than a tractor when you drive on the hills, more speed on the road and it can also do other works like spending solid and liquid manure.

No, quest'azienda non fa servizi di quel tipo, per quello è sicuramente meglio il trattore agricolo convenzionale. Per le applicazioni di tale azienda è il massimo, se invece necessitassi anche di lavori di preparazione e altro logicamente non avrebbe lo stesso valore.

Because whit a track you move more quickly than a tractor on the road, and whit this track that has 2 motor (the second to activate the PTO and the hydraulic system) can work more quickly than a tractor, also on the hills, and it can use also spreader for liquid or solid manure and do some other works, more fast than a tractor.

Come ho già spiegato in altri commenti: è un trattore stradale per applicazioni in agricoltura e trasporti agricoli, adattato per queste operazioni e grazie a un secondo motore può fornire prestazioni al pari se non superiori a un trattore (dove le condizioni di trazione non lo sfavoriscono). E comunque il sistema del trattore con motore ausiliario è completamente reversibile, quindi la ralla la puoi rimettere tranquillamente.

Certo è anche lo snodo dei rimorchi rallati, per definizione: quel sistema su cui un corpo possa ruotare da ambo le parti e permettere il traino del rimorchio stesso. Vale per trattore e per rimorchio.
