Here is the issue. First ABJ blocks everyone who does not agree. The Sebastian case just like Summer Wells is all about money for YT CREATORS PERIOD! YT creators did not help find Summer Wells and as soon as the money got low and the story got old with less views… guess what. The case is barely mentioned. The only people who will benefit are the creators. The children(s) current state is not improving but the creator revenues keep on coming in! If creators really cared about ALL missing kids then why are we covering the same case for seemingly literally hundreds of days in a row. Are there no other kids missing? I get black kids may not pay you creators well via views and superchats but do they not matter? Nope clearly not. They were received redacted. And no, if redacted correctly (and assuming they should know, considering they are The Law per say) it CAN NOT be unredacted.

It can happen that the person responsible for providing FOIA documents doesn’t know what is and isn’t covered under the act. This sadly happens more often than people realize. The problem isn’t the ability to get the documents, the problem is using them on a public forum to distribute them with Ill intent such as “Intentional infliction of harm” In this case these documents reveal nothing of value to this case and only serve to create public incitement. Some of that information is not covered under FOIA. FOIA was not designed for the purpose of harming individuals. It’s to ensure transparency in governance. I’d be worried, if I was the one who put them in front of my human audience in the 1000’s
