Awesome machine is this a regular size cabinet. The angle it was filmed makes it look like a shortened machine. Looks great either way.

Thanks, yes it's a regular size cabinet. So it probably is the angle that makes it look short. I just wanted to make sure the DMD was in view.

Awesome work. I've been tinkering around with my own machine, however I can't find any guide on what kind of decal to use for the playfield. Did you just print a big "sticker" for the playfield? If so, was it laminated? Did you cut out holes for the lights ?

Good question. I had a lot of trouble finding a place that could print what I wanted. I used a big clear sticker with a place that can also do white ink. This way I could make the decal clear over the insert sections (or add text to those areas) as well as have completely opaque art for the rest of the board (by printing color on the white ink). You might have to ask around until you find somewhere that offers all of that. Good luck!

Well done! It seems like it flips great! What flippers and general parts did you order apart from the fast board and pc?

Pretty much all the parts came from pinballlife.com

What are you using to run the software?
Like, are you just using off-the-shelf SBCs like a raspberry, or something else?

I'm using a Dell OptiPlex 3020, which is a fairly small PC, but not as small as an Intel NUC which a lot of other people use and recommend. I heard some people have tried to use a RPi and had issues with audio and lag (there's a thread on the MPF forum talking about this). I did try a cheap mini PC (same size as an Intel NUC), but it ran far too slow. The drop targets wouldn't catch the ball in the lock lane and the light shows lagged.

That was a fast reply, and thanks for the info!
This is such a cool table.
