Go to a very good esthetician and they most likely won't fast. I just got mine redone after almost 2.5 years. I should have done it at 2 years mark but because of covid I had to wait. They were light but were still good.
I don’t know how they can look at someone who’s had their lips done and say, yeah I want to look like that. 🤨 When you see these women on the street, from a distance you can tell their lips are fake.

I dont think its really a blade, but more of a set of needles in the shape of a blade, so they puncture the skin and also sort of combs out the eyebrow hairs?
I got my eyebrows microbladed a week ago and I love the result! It cost $450, which includes the 6-week touch up. When I came in, my brows were measured and we decided how I wanted my brows to look. Then she applied a numbing cream. After that she quickly poked a needle into my brows several times. This was the only painful part but it was quick. She did this so when she applied the second numbing cream it would sink in deeper. The second numbing cream was much stronger, so when she started making cuts in my brows I didn't feel anything. The only thing bothered me was the sound, it's a scraping noise. I would bring in headphones! I couldn't get my brows wet for 24 hours. After that I can apply an ointment once a day to my brows. The first couple days your brows will be very thick and dark. It will fade! Now my brows looks very natural. I'm still in the healing process so my brows are a little itchy since it's healing and starting to scab. I love waking up with perfect brows, I would highly recommend it!
I'm so glad to see a person without a camera in her face telling the real experience (in your case) and letting us know that the results you achieved are what you really wanted. Just a little question, it was your first time trying microblading?
I just got my brows microbladed recently and yes the first round and second round did hurt. But after that I was good! Can't wait for my brows to fully heal.
@@shellanon4212 I wear bangs and you still need your eyebrows. There's wind, water and sweat, maybe you want to style your hair with your bangs now being in the middle. In my case I cut them over my eyebrows so when they grow I still have time, if not I would need to retouch the length once or twice per month. I wear glasses too, so I can't let them grow a lot, If I didn't have the chance to cut them, I have to style them to one side. And that's why you want eyebrows even wearing bangs.
I was headed to a birthday party and spent half an hour on an eye look, before realising my hair looked nasty as hell. So I put my swim goggles on and washed my hair.
i think it depends what kind of look you're going for! if you want a different brow shape or want your brows to be fuller/bolder/darker, you should try applying some eyebrow pencil for a ffew weeks to see what sort of looks you like! I personally love my microbladed brows but it's not for everyone!
Yes, I wear makeup very often and I wanted to get my brows done too, so I asked for an appointment to talk about the microblading. She told me that microblading is for a more natural look, but you get the best resault when you have natural full brows. I fill/draw mine, because I have almost no eyebrowhairs, so she told me; when you are used to wearing makeup and filling in/drawing your brows, u should get them shaded for a also natural look, but the difference is, microblading fades faster, hurts more, but with microblading u can see the little hairs that are drawn. When you get them shadowd, then draw the shape of your ideal brow and fill it it, when they do that, is doesn’t look like just a full ( in my case ) brown brow, because there’s space between the needles so it doesn’t end up looking like a fully filled in brow.
Oof same mine aren’t as dark but people always say I have literally the *perfect* eyebrows for such a little girl. I’m not little btw they are just taller than me :(
Microblading is really awesome for people with no brows, I used to hate my full brows but I’m so happy I never tweezed them to death back in the late 90’s lol
Turned out nicely; however, I would be deathly afraid to get my eyebrows done by someone who apparently has had her own eyebrows and lips over done as well as what else looks kind of like plastic.
I got mine done months ago and I still remember that EXCRUCIATING PAIN. Omg! Even with the numbing gel it was terrible. I was yoga breathing, gritting my teeth and trying to deal. Idk if i'll do it again.
I love the end result of your eyebrows. I “really” want to get my eyebrows done like that. I am in my late 50’s and the natural color of them is fading. They are not as dark as they were when I was in my 20’s. Hopefully I can get them done soon.
To be honest I still don’t like her eyebrows. They’re too thin and too far apart. And during the microblade process they looked good. But the way her brows look during the filming of the commentary for this video the color is uneven and I know it fades but she’s not keeping up with the look as far as makeup goes. But you can see she doesn’t have a lot of hair. I don’t know if she trims her hair but the hairs are short and seem to stick straight up. Consider tinting the actual hairs so you have more dimension.
Yeah I guess everyone need to be more positive. But I mean what I said isn’t exactly directed to Mi herself but these people doing these procedures. They are supposed to be experts I just think the results should be better than that. Anastasia of ABH would never let someone leave her salon like that( yes I know she doesn’t microblade, just in general)
Extremely helpful, thank you. I've tried to pencil on eyebrows however can struggle at times due to my grip so micro blading seems to actually be the answer for me. I love the result on you & the shape is really fab too. Love the red lipstick too, the shade is stunning 💋
Oh, she's goooooooooood! A+D is great! I used it for my tattoos and as a vegan I use vaselin only now actually. Congrats on your eyebrows! They look great!
You should never use vaseline for taking care of healing tattoos. Vaseline suffocates your tattoo and doesn't let the skin breathe causing it to heal slower. It also makes your tattoo a breeding ground for infection-causing bacteria for the same reason. It can also clog pores, which can lead to breakouts that potentially cause scarring. Vaseline has a really bad effect on the ink too, it draws it from the skin making your tattoo heal less saturated than it should be. If you're looking for something vegan that is tattoo-safe I'd recommend a 100% natural oil like jojoba, it keeps the skin moisturized without clogging the pores and suffocating it.

@@annawessman4029 it's not about skintype, it's about science. Good for you that your skin doesn't react badly to vaseline or lanolin, but my skin and the skins of multiple people that I know does. One of my tattoos has healed extremely ugly because of an allergic reaction and rash caused by lanolin. My boyfriend used vaseline on his new tattoo and his skin (that's perfectly clear normally) broke out like crazy and he was left with his whole healing tattoo covered in acne that took 2 weeks to clear up. Vaseline and products containing lanolin should not be used on damaged skin and open wounds for longer periods of time, because the chemicals in it will suffocate your skin and keep oxygen away from the wound while wounds need oxygen to heal. Suffocating your skin with vaseline can cause yeast infections leaving you with huge amounts of tiny bumps aswell. Isn’t it ridiculous that in a video with a professional doing a very good job, some of the most popular comments are talking about her lips? Wtf man...
Do you have sensitive skin and do they do a sensitivity test before hand to see if you get a reaction to their products???? I so want to do it but I'm sacred. My eyebrows are basically nill so I need this.
If you do want to get your brows microbladed, just make sure to communicate your sensitivity to your artist! You can ask your artist to test the products on you to make sure you don't have any advise reactions :) Thanks for watching!
It doesn't damage your hair follicle, because the whole concept is just to "tattoo" hair into your skin to mimic real brows. It's something similar to getting tattoos.

Yes you can! You can choose different colors for your brows.
I dont get how the scaring doesnt thin out your brows in the long run.
You space it out and let them rest, she shouldn't keep going and going back to get them done. As you mentioned scar tissue is a big problem that you don't want!
I just had my brow tattoo topped up last week 😁
cost ??
Isn’t it ridiculous that in a video with a professional doing a very good job, some of the most popular comments are talking about her lips? Wtf man...
Does anyone know the price for this
Thing is this wouldn’t work/last for me as my brows are very dry and often the skin flakes off therefore so does the tatto
Why does the first pass over hurt but not the rest? I've used tattoo numbing cream and it was numbed 100% of the time
My mom got her eyebrows tattooed but I've never been with her, AND THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE?
No I. This is where they cut into your faCe. It is extreme, scarey and craZy.
Do u wax or pluck ur brows?
Do you have sensitive skin and do they do a sensitivity test before hand to see if you get a reaction to their products???? I so want to do it but I'm sacred. My eyebrows are basically nill so I need this.
If you do want to get your brows microbladed, just make sure to communicate your sensitivity to your artist! You can ask your artist to test the products on you to make sure you don't have any advise reactions :) Thanks for watching!
Is it true that it damages your hair follicle? I've always heard that.
It doesn't damage your hair follicle, because the whole concept is just to "tattoo" hair into your skin to mimic real brows. It's something similar to getting tattoos.
Can’t you cover your eyebrows with Vaseline to wash your hair? The shower cap didn’t look like it worked.
Does anyone know where I can get the eyebrow tool at 2:05 ??
HELP~
I wonder if that hurts?
Love the shape! Personally wouldn’t get mine done as I like to do mine myself with my own product & change shapes. Emilia’s lips look ridiculous.
Beautiful brows😍. Excactly the wat i like
How much was your Microblading?
Hi, I know it is an old video but do any of you have any info about microblading in order to create a shape when you barely have any brow left (really thin brow, I loose hair and everything because of stress) ? Does it look weird or is it good ?
I am getting my eyebrows tatooed for my birthday. Kinda scared to shave them.off but it's worth it.
how old do i have to be to get this done?
I've wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed for the past 2 years now but I'm not allowed to get them done unless my mom agrees to it (I'm 15 so I have to have parental consent to get it done)
I would recommend powder brows instead it lasts longer and leaves no scaring
i don't take care of my eyebrows bc i have bangs to cover that mess 🤣

+jisoobae Thanks for hanging out!
wow i am flattered! Will try to include it in a video soon! But generally I don't think I have a very different approach to it! a lot of practice haha and it's certainly not perfect yet!
Refinery29 Thank you for always making such interesting videos! :-3 ❤️
Mi-Anne Chan Oh my! Mi’s reply;) Wow!
I always think your makeup is so awesome! I have similar eye shape as urs but it so hard for me to master the eye makeup! Thank you, Mi! ❤️😘❤️😘 i will try to practice more!
A pomade is a hell of a lot cheaper than 350-800 microblading
Depends on how she values her time, no? I wouldn't go back to microblading but it's a helpful timesaver for many
1:00 when she said « I wanted to mention something really exciting » I thought she was going to say « I’m going to get married » or « I’m having a baby »! Lol idek why
What’s that thing where you die your brows. Glam and Gore did it.
